euro.mobil.nrw is an Internet facility of the community campaign 'mobil.nrw' and the Fokus Bahn NRW initiative. Both of these are projects of the Ministry of the Environment, Nature Conservation and Transport of the Federal State of North Rhine-Westphalia.
Liability for content
As a service provider, pursuant to Section 7 (1) of the TMG, the Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Sieg GmbH ('VRS GmbH') is responsible for its own content on this site in accordance with general legislation. Pursuant to Sections 8 to 10 of the TMG, however, VRS GmbH as a service provider is not under obligation to monitor external information which has been communicated or is being stored, or to stay on the lookout for circumstances which might indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove information or disable its use pursuant to general legislation are not prejudiced by this. Having said that, VRS GmbH cannot be held liable unless and until there is concrete knowledge of an actual infringement of the law. If it gains knowledge of any such infringement, VRS GmbH will remove the content concerned immediately.

Our amenities contain links to external third-party websites, on the contents of which VRS GmbH has no influence. For that reason, VRS GmbH cannot accept any responsibility for such third-party content. In all cases, it is the provider or operator concerned who is responsible for the content of linked sites. The linked sites were examined for possible infringements at the time when the link was set. At the time of linking, no unlawful content was detectable. However, VRS GmbH cannot be expected to scrutinise the content of linked sites on an ongoing basis without concrete indications of infringement. If it becomes aware of an infringement, VRS GmbH will remove any such links immediately.
